The subscription will be authorised completely inside of the Apple Store. You don't have to provide us with additional informations. There is the possibility that you are using the builtin function to send us an email with the logfiles during a support request. The log files are zipped to reduce the amount of data to be sent. The zip file can be unzipped with any usual tool so you can check what information is provided to us. The information provided will only be used to solve the issue and then deleted thereafter.
